Receptionist

We wish to employ the service of a Hotel Receptionist. As our hotel receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for all guests. The ideal candidate should have these skills among many others.Friendly, Welcoming, Patient, and Helpful.
All of these traits and qualities help ensure guests enjoy their stay with us. In addition to providing excellent customer service, the hotel receptionist will help with administrative tasks at the front desk to ensure operational efficiency.

Duties

Welcome and check-in guests, making a warm and professional first impression.

Kindly and promptly address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns.

Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.

Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest needs and requests.

Manage reservations, cancellations, and room assignments.

Answer and forward phone calls.

Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.

Qualification
